5. Warranty

  • We offer a warranty on parts and labour as per industry standards (usually 3–12 months depending on the work carried out).
  • Warranty is void if the vehicle has been tampered with, misused, or if recommended maintenance has not been followed.
  • Warranty claims must be made directly with us.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle.
  • Collect your vehicle at the agreed time.
  • Ensure the vehicle is insured and has a valid MOT (where required).
  • Not hold us responsible for any pre-existing faults not identified during our inspection.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4 Seasons Car Garage shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the services provided.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle caused by factors outside our control (e.g., fire, theft, accident while on our premises — though we take reasonable care).
